I subscribed to a Sirius XM purchase through ID.me way back on March 1, 2018. After many months and multiple emails to ID.me, I never received my cashback bonus until I emailed ID.me yesterday (8-10-18) and explained to them that I called Sirius XM that day to find out what the hold up was. Sirius XM told me that they don't offer cashback. Now, understandably, Sirius XM may call that type of promotion something else instead of cashback. That still doesn't explain why it would take this long to get it. After contacting Debi at ID.me, she told me that ID.me would give the cashback to me even though you (ID.me) are still waiting on a Sirius XM response/payment for it. Well, I looked this morning (8-11-18) and there is a cashback for it however it is not for the ACTUAL amount that was specified when I did the purchase back on March 1, 2018. It clearly stated that the cashback is $6.67 but I only received $4.45. Why am I short $2.22 in my cashback? This is absolutely unacceptable. I would probably have been better off doing my Sirius XM purchase through my Ebates account in lieu of ID.me. Please research this problem and pay me the rest of the $2.22 that is missing from this Sirius XM purchase. I guess I will look into going through Ebates next time for purchases in lieu of ID.me
