These Terms and Conditions govern the eligibility and use of the 10% discount offered by Motorola Solutions to customers who verify their identity through ID.me. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility:
This discount program is available to eligible Motorola Solutions customers who successfully verify their identity through the ID.me platform. Eligibility criteria for ID.me verification are determined solely by ID.me and may include, but are not limited to, active, retired, and reservist military personnel, firefighters, police officers, and EMTs. Motorola Solutions reserves the right to determine which products or services are eligible for this discount.
Discount Details:
Eligible customers who successfully complete ID.me verification will receive a 10% discount on all items on http://shop.motorolasolutions.com only. The discount is applied at the time of purchase, after successful ID.me verification.
This discount can be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. The discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. The discount does not apply to existing customer backlog orders, existing and outstanding quotes or repair parts. Shipping charges and taxes are calculated after discount. This discount will apply automatically to the user's cart without a code needed.
ID.me Verification:
Identity verification services are provided by ID.me, LLC. Your use of ID.me's services is subject to ID.me's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, available at https://www.id.me/terms and https://www.id.me/privacy, respectively.
Motorola Solutions is not responsible for the ID.me verification process, including any delays, errors, or issues encountered during verification. Any personal information provided to ID.me for verification purposes is subject to ID.me's privacy practices. Motorola Solutions does not receive or store your sensitive personal information used for ID.me verification.
Use of Verification Services and Responses:
Motorola Solutions' use of the ID.me verification services and any verification responses is strictly for the purpose of confirming eligibility for this discount program. Motorola Solutions will not use the verification services or responses as a factor in establishing a user’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or licensing, or for any other purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Motorola Solutions will not take any "adverse action" against any ID.me User based in whole or in part upon the verification services and/or verification responses.
Program Changes and Termination:
Motorola Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this discount program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Motorola Solutions website. Your continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Motorola Solutions be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, exemplary, enhanced, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or related to your participation in this program.Motorola Solutions shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to a third party’s fraudulent or unauthorized activity in connection with your use of the ID.me verification services or any uses of the verification responses other than for purposes stated in these terms.
